| Payment I accept PayPal and credit cards. All orders must be paid in full before they will be made (for custom orders) or shipped (for in stock items). Turnaround Time My turnaround time for in-stock products starts the next business day after you place an order. Any order received after 4:00pm Pacific Time will be considered to be placed the next day. All standard orders have a 2-3 business day turnaround (business days do not include weekends or major holidays). Custom orders of soap product have a 6 week turnaround time (please plan well in advance!); all other customized products have a 7-10 day turnaround time. Returns Due to the nature of bath and body products, all sales are final. If a product arrives to you damaged or you have any other concerns, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to discuss a solution. I will be happy to work with you to come to a satisfactory resolution! Shipping All orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail or, if light enough, first class mail. If you need expedited shipping, please let me know. I'll be happy to provide alternate shipping options and costs. International Orders I'm very sorry, but at this time, I only ship within the United States. |
